Hotel Maritimo Urban - Alicante

The Singapore noodles at New Delhi Indian Restaurant were a flavor explosion! Plus, the Superior Family Room was a cozy fit for our crew with a queen-size bed. The location couldn't be better, just a hop away from the best tapas at Depinchos.

Reception staff seemed as interested as a wet napkin. Mornings were a bit of a racket, and the shower reminded me of a sardine can. No kettle, and those pillows were a nightmare. We wished we'd splurged on a different spot.

I asked for double room and it was good-sized and airy with a nice view. The location was good and incredible, next to a bus station.

Everything was simply very good. It was a charming hotel, nesteled in a functional building. There was a great restaurant and efficient and pleasant staff. Room was cool with a private safe, central heating and TV. The bed was comfy, a bathtub worked well.

The staff were a little rude, didn't expect that coming.

We needed a place for one night, everything was really good. Nice little and exceptionally comfortable venue, AMAZING location near Alicante, and the marina, beach and city centre, really enjoyed our stay.

Rooms lack soundproofing. Street noise disrupts sleep. Showers have poor water containment, leading to wet floors. The size of the ensuite presents challenges.

Fantastic location with daily room cleaning and cozy vibes! Nightly explorations were easy with restaurants and pubs right around the corner.

What they got right and wrong

The hotel's staff was attentive. I loved the spacious room on the top floor that was cleaned daily, providing both comfort and cleanliness.

Nonetheless, the thin walls allowed street noise to seep in, which disrupted my sleep. The shower drainage was slow, causing inconvenient water pooling on the floor.

Great Location, But Needs Improvement!

While the location is conveniently close to attractions, the service left much to be desired. Despite the friendly staff, issues with room maintenance and cleanliness were unfortunate.
